Chicken: Marinated w/ Baja Citrus McCornick marinade
Salsa: 1 can black bean (rinsed), saute roasted corn in garlic, add to beans along w/ chopped red roasted peppers, chopped cilantro, 1/2 lemon juice, cumin & salt to taste.
